Evaluation of the dress model that can be realized with the budget and indications provided by the customer. This phase involves the creation and presentation of the model sketch with the related estimate* via e-mail.

(*) Shipping costs are included in the estimate. The following costs are excluded from the estimate and charged to the customer:

customs fees (if applied) of the transport company
shipments outside the European Union
shipping costs for any test requested by the customer (see step 7)

Any adjustment to the sketch and revision of the estimate after feedback from the customer.

Signing for acceptance of the order and sending a down payment of 30% of the total amount of the dress by the customer.

Acquisition of the necessary measurements for the creation of the competition dress: at our physical atelier or via online video call.

Realization of the prototype.

Testing of the prototype in the atelier or sending video and photos of the prototype or possible shipment for the trial (if necessary for the company or if requested by the customer).

Application of stones and rhinestones in the quantity agreed with the customer.

Shipment of the outfit to the customer and final payment of the agreed price (+ any shipping costs not included in the estimate).

Sending a form to the customer to evaluate the dress and shopping experience.
